What items will you not take?
We cannot take hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, paint, fuel, medical waste or unlicensed electrical scrap. If in doubt, please ask and we will confirm what we can handle.

How is the price calculated?
Prices are based on the volume of items you want cleared and the time needed to load. We will always confirm a fixed price before starting work so there are no surprises.
Do you offer discounts for larger clearances?
Yes. Volume discounts apply for full van loads and multiple-property work such as office moves or probate clearances. Ask for a bespoke quote.
Collections (5)
How does rubbish clearance work?
We arrive at the agreed time, load your unwanted items into our vehicle, sweep the area clean, and take everything for responsible disposal or recycling. You only need to show us what goes.
Do you clear garages?
Yes. We clear garages of any size and contents, including old tools, stored furniture, scrap metal, tyres and general rubbish. We sweep the floor before we leave.
Do you clear gardens?
We clear grass cuttings, hedge trimmings, soil, old pots, wooden fencing and general garden waste. We also remove sheds and larger garden structures when requested.
Can you remove furniture?
Sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, cabinets and most other household or office furniture. We can dismantle large items on site if needed.
Do you remove mattresses?
Yes. We take single, double, king-size and super-king mattresses, plus divan bases and bedsteads. All mattresses are disposed of through licensed facilities.
Payment (1)
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cash on completion, and most major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken only once the work is finished and you are happy with the result.

Yes, we cover Maidstone town centre and all surrounding villages within the Maidstone borough. Collection times vary — please call or request a quote to confirm availability for your area.

Can I send photos for a quote?
Yes. Sending clear photos of the items you want removed helps us give you a more accurate estimate quickly. We can then confirm the final price on arrival if anything changes.
Do I need to be at the property?
You do not need to be present if the items are easily accessible and you can give us clear instructions. We will confirm access arrangements when you book.
How quickly can you collect?
In most cases we can collect within 24–48 hours of booking. If you need urgent clearance please call us directly to check availability.
